"The organisers of PIAF put a lot of energy to create something unique, festival with a new angle and modern form of judging. Imagine categories like "Engaging Media" or "Engaging the Audience" ten years ago. Nobody would know, what it means. Today it is absolutely clear."
Eric Schöffler - DDB Tribal Group Germany
Chief Creative Officer
„It is interesting to engage clients in advertising shows. This way we can really try to change something. The danger of all pure creative shows is, that the creative celebrate themselves. The approach of PIAF is very interesting in this way.“

PIAF 2012 to be held in late April19/09/2011
Next year's PIAF, Prague International Advertising Festival, will be held a little earlier than before – on April 25 and 26, 2012. The international jury will vote a day earlier. Once again, the two-day conference will welcome mostly foreign experts in the field of marketing and communication from all over the world.
The PIAF festival has already started working on its third year. The innovative competition categories, introduced in May of this year, have proven to be useful, and thus will continue to be the pillar of the festival. The festival organizers are striving to make an agreement with the National Gallery so that the festival can again be held at the Veletržní Palace.

They combine the online short-listing with Jury meeting personally. PIAF also shown a real understanding of advertising and the way it is made in the way, how they designed their categories. They are not too many, and it is a meaningful list. The venue is very nice and the organisation has been excellent. Another advantage is Prague, which is a great place to come for a festival in May,“
